We offer comprehensive maintenance and management services for telecom networks. Our experienced and qualified staff ensure efficient and reliable operation of your fibre, COAX or copper network.
Our services include maintenance of hardware and software equipment, monitoring and management of your network performance, and quick resolution of any faults. We also offer regular preventive checks to ensure that your network is functioning optimally.

Fibre optics
An important fibre optic project requires a large-scale roll-out. For you as a municipality, network manager or entrepreneur, however, the realisation of this is an uncommon undertaking that requires a great deal of effort. CIAG is your partner that guarantees a Less Nuisance approach.
As a specialist and renowned partner, we know better than anyone that the realisation of a fibre optic network requires different types of expertise. We currently support a number of parties, such as municipalities, in the engineering and construction of fibre-optic projects. We offer them a customised solution in the form of project coordination and supervision as well as support with the drafting and assessment of consent decrees.
Network infrastructure
At CIAG, we have entered into a long-term agreement with Ziggo through a strategic partnership, which merged in 2015 with UPC, allowing us to call ourselves in-house contractors. The parties involved in this agreement are actively working to continually optimise the entire process, whereby we create significant added value through proactive involvement.
Whether it's a new build or a renovation, every home needs to be connected to TV and internet networks, and of course also needs access to them. We build the necessary infrastructure, maintain and expand these networks and take care of the (individual) connections. Each year, CIAG installs about 6,000 connections in the provinces of Noord-Holland and Utrecht.
Care & Recreation
Care institutions and recreational facilities see a growing demand from their residents and guests for new interactive services such as the Internet, telephony and digital television (in HD quality). An increasing number of residents and guests, but especially changing needs play a role in this.
We upgrade internal telecom installations for various clients. We have all the necessary expertise in-house and can take care of the entire project, from request to completion. Thanks to our extensive experience in the field of cable television, we are able to create a suitable solution for every situation. Thanks to the use of high-quality materials, we guarantee our customers correct and fault-free operation for all services provided by the local provider. If desired, we can also (simultaneously) carry out adjustments in the field of telecom, ICT or security, so that inconvenience to residents is kept to a minimum.
Secondment
To be able to respond well to changes in the market and in the implementation of special projects to be able to deploy the necessary expertise, it is important to have a flexible workforce. By using temporary staff, you can also responding flexibly to sickness and leave and peaks and troughs in the workload collect.
