About the project
It is a project in which a total of 12 luxury flats will be built on a green park area with a surface area of 6,290m². The The surface areas of the flats range from 112m² to 180m², and the surface areas of the terraces from 18m² to 53m². All flats are built to the BEN standard and have an energy level below 30.
