Welcome to our new Beringen Hub

We are proud to welcome colleagues, customers and partners to our new facility in Beringen. This new hub represents an important step in the further growth of APK Group Belgium and brings together various support services and operational teams in a central location. The choice of Beringen is a deliberate and strategic decision that has been prepared for years and perfectly aligns with our ambition to further strengthen collaboration, efficiency and knowledge sharing.

The new location offers more capacity for our Supporting Units and creates a logical base of operations where colleagues can find each other more quickly, knowledge is shared more easily, and collaboration is central.

The beating heart of our Supporting Units

In Beringen, the most important support services have been brought APK Group together. These teams together form a strong Shared Service Center that supports our Business Units in their daily operations. Their role consists of developing expertise, monitoring quality and compliance, sharing best practices, and creating efficient processes within the entire group.

A sustainable investment in people and the future

The renovation of the building in Beringen went far beyond a classic move. A future-oriented and sustainable working environment was deliberately chosen, with comfort, well-being and energy efficiency at the heart of the design.

Important investments include:

• Modern heat pumps and a completely renewed HVAC system
• Individual temperature control per room
• Sun-blocking screens for extra comfort
• Charging stations for electric vehicles
• Significantly improved energy performance

These measures together result in an estimated energy savings of 317 MWh per year and a reduction of approximately 49 tons of CO₂ emissions per year.

Centrally located, better accessible

In addition to providing extra space for further growth, Beringen also offers a strategic advantage in terms of accessibility. Thanks to its central location, the facility is more easily accessible for colleagues from different regions of Belgium. For many employees from East and West Flanders, this even means a significant time saving compared to previous trips to Limburg.
