These strategic acquisitions enable APK Group to further expand its activities and strengthen its position in the market. Stratica nv has specialised in various aspects of road construction, including industrial works, public works and ground and asphalt works, for more than 30 years. The acquisition of Stratica nv allows APK Group to offer its clients an even more extensive range of high-quality infrastructure solutions. This acquisition will allow APK Group to offer its clients a wider range of energy-related solutions such as medium-voltage cabinets. Welcoming the experienced team of BVBA Verstraete-Verhulst, consisting of 15 new employees, will strengthen the existing expertise within APK Group and create new opportunities for growth and innovation. 

APK Group will work closely with the team at BVBA Verstraete-Verhulst to ensure a smooth transition and that existing clients of BVBA Verstraete-Verhulst are seamlessly be taken over. Customers can continue to enjoy the familiar quality and service they are used to, but with the added resources and expertise of APK Group.
