Above all, stay calm. Do not use fire, lamps, electrical appliances or mobile phones. Turn off the gas meter tap. Open the windows and doors, ventilate everything and evacuate the building.

  • Stay away from the building

  • Stay away
  • Leave the fire on as long as the gas leak has not been repaired
  • Call the emergency services
What should you do if the gas pressure is too high or too low or if there is no natural gas?
  • Turn off the gas meter tap
  • Switch off the appliances that run on natural gas
What should you do in case of CO poisoning?
  • Open the windows and doors
  • Switch off the gas appliance
  • Leave the room
  • Call the emergency services
