Communicating with local residents and travellers during construction and infrastructure projects is not always obvious in practice. Companies use social media or a residents' letter to communicate information about the work. The BouwApp, on the other hand, provides current updates, the project planning and personal contact with the neighbourhood manager.

The role of an environmental manager

<p>Major maintenance work is currently required in Tilburg's Burgemeestersbuurt. The municipality is working together with Enexis, Brabant Water and <span style="text-decoration: underline"><a href="https://apkgroup.eu/rasenberg/">Rasenberg</a></span> (APK Group). In order to limit the inconvenience, APK Group uses the BouwApp for the communication concerning these works.
