The BouwApp in the Burgemeestersbuurt
The BouwApp offers residents and travellers access to information about the work and the progress of the project. Moreover, the App ensures more involvement. This is because the residents and travellers can easily contact the area manager. Moreover, feedback can be generated so that the environment manager can check satisfaction and make adjustments during the project.
An environment manager activates and maintains the relationship between the environment and the stakeholders during the project. The goal of an environment manager is to identify the interests of the executing party and the surrounding party. This is then brought together to come to a creative solution, where all parties benefit from the chosen solution. The BouwApp is therefore the right tool to achieve this with efficiency.
Major maintenance work is currently required in Tilburg's Burgemeestersbuurt. The municipality is working together with Enexis, Brabant Water and Rasenberg (APK Group). In order to limit the inconvenience, APK Group uses the BouwApp for the communication concerning these works. This ensures that local residents and travellers can find the necessary information and contact person.
