APK Group establishes itself permanently in Zeeland with the acquisition of De Voogd and Bos Aannemingsbedrijven.
De Voogd, founded in 1968, stands for quality, innovation and reliability. Three values that APK Group holds in high regard. In synergy, APK Group offers the possibility and support for the companies to grow further in order to better meet the increasing demand for capacity and services from clients (due to the energy transition, among other things).
The acquisition of the companies is a nice step in the expansion process, as the activities are complementary to those of APK Group and thus reinforce each other. The aim is to continue operations and support the requested growth. The current directors will remain active in the organisation for the time being.
