Welcome Kroes Contractors (NL)!

APK Group is taking the next step in its growth: we are welcoming Kroes Aannemingsbedrijf from Maasland (NL) into our group. Like APK Group, Kroes is a family-run business with a similar corporate culture and shared ambitions: a match that works not only on paper but also in practice.

Kroes Aannemingsbedrijf operates in virtually the same sectors as APK Group and has also built up a strong track record in geothermal energy and greenhouse horticulture: two new areas for APK Group and growing markets within the Dutch horticulture and energy sectors. With an impressive portfolio and strong regional relationships, they are a valuable addition to our organisation. All 54 Kroes employees will be integrated into APK Group in the Netherlands.

The acquisition strengthens our presence in the Westland and Midden-Delfland regions, and further expands our capacity and expertise. At the same time, the partnership offers a concrete opportunity to further expand APK Group’s portfolio – and, in particular, its Energy & Water division – within Kroes’s area of operation. Together, we will create new opportunities to further develop our services and projects.
